“This is the first of 10 songs from my new album. I am so excited and expectant for this new season God is leading me into. This song is a joy-overflowing praise party rocker from heaven,” Mayberry exclaims. “I’m praying it brings you sooo much joy!”

Joy does indeed radiate from the three-minute shout-at-the-top-of-your-lungs anthem, which explodes with heart-pounding drums, thick guitars and cheerful piano. And the memorable chorus will have you lifting your voice in no time with its hook-filled exuberance. There’s no way this track won’t make you smile.

“Easy To Praise” previews the charismatic singer/songwriter’s first full-length project, due later this year. Previously, Mayberry released a six-track introductory EP in 2021 that featured lead single “Breakthrough Miracle Power” and aforementioned radio juggernaut “Holy Spirit Come.” While the highly creative worship leader co-wrote all of the selections that comprise his debut collection, his forthcoming studio set will feature 10 all-new originals that showcase his ability to lead people in worship, as well as his propensity to draw people into a well-crafted story.

Mayberry first felt called to write and share songs of faith as a college student when he attended a Passion Conference. Since then, in a full-circle moment only God could ordain, Passion has recorded one of his songs. Last year, he toured the country for the first time ever with Cory Asbury and Crowder, respectively. Now signed to a label and publishing deal as a solo artist, Mayberry is poised to chase after his calling like never before throughout 2023.
