In a culture obsessed with the latest trend or the next viral sensation, Terrian is anchoring her life in the only thing she knows will stand the test of time — Jesus. That’s the heartbeat behind her new song, “You Remain.”

With an easy groove you can dance to, the R&B-flavored pop track finds the songstress resting in the steady presence of God. She penned the original selection with TobyMac, Benji Cowart and Jordan Mohilowski.
“We started writing this one in 2023,” Terrian reveals. “We took our time, and now it feels there’s no better time to be reminded of Hebrews 13:8: ‘Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.’”
She confesses her favorite lyric of the entire song is found in the line, “Even when I wondered if You’d walk away, it’s just not Your nature. You don’t ever leave.”
Bookended by infectious verses and a memorable refrain, the pre-chorus on “You Remain” is where the sweetness of Terrian’s vocals naturally shines as she pulls back the beat just enough to slow her voice into something akin to a gentle breeze.
The accompanying music video turns a walk in the park into a vibrant message of hope, complete with original choreography.

“You Remain” appears on Terrian’s sophomore effort, “Mad Big World,” which dropped in August. The expansive record delivers just under an hour of fresh music and encompasses 17 cuts, including her celebrated ballad, “Testimony,” for which she received a standing ovation after performing the moving single at the 2026 K-LOVE Fan Awards. The Memphis native will support the project with a recently announced headlining run with 11 dates already slated for Spring 2027. In the meantime, she’ll join CeCe Winans for the multi-artist “Come Worship! Tour” this fall.
Moreover, Terrian is scheduled to be a presenter at the 57th annual GMA Dove Awards on Oct. 6 in Nashville. Fans can catch her appearance when the star-studded ceremony airs on Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) Oct. 9.
