Seph Schlueter believes God keeps His promises. Nowhere is that more apparent than on his new song, “Won’t Start Now.” The newcomer co-penned the anthemic track alongside songwriters Jonathan Gamble and Colby Wedgeworth as a reminder that God is as faithful as the sunrise each morning.

Affirming God’s good plans for our lives and the truth that He will never abandon us, “Won’t Start Now” was inspired by Hebrews 13:8: “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever.”

Because of His provision and protection in the past, the K-LOVE Fan Award winner reasons we can be certain of it in the future. Articulately capturing the steadfast character of a God who never fails to make good on His Word, Schlueter confidently sings:

I’ll never be abandoned in the dead of night
I’ll never have to worry if I’ll be all right
I’ll never have to wonder if I’m on Your mind
I’ll never see a breakthrough come that isn’t right on time

Defined by poignant lyrics and a pop-fueled refrain, “Won’t Start Now” features a passionate performance from Schlueter as he delivers a gritty vocal. His latest radio single joins chart-topping hits, “Counting My Blessings” and “Running Back to You,” on his full-length debut.

The rising singer-songwriter recently counted his blessings alongside a crowd 10,000 strong at Colorado’s most well-known amphitheater when he took the stage for the second consecutive sold-out night of “K-LOVE Live at Red Rocks.” Afterwards, he immediately headed east for an intimate evening opening for TobyMac at the historic Beacon Theatre for “K-LOVE Live in New York,” concluding K-LOVE’s summer-long “Landmarks” series, which brought Christian artists to iconic venues across the country from June through August.

Schlueter will take his buzzworthy music to select cities this fall as he continues his headlining “Counting My Blessings Tour” with special guest bodie.
